WORKSCOPE:

Systems Operations Manuals were developed for the Taurt subsea well tie-back, 70 km pipeline and the fluid reception separation, produced water treatment and disposal, and chemical injection facilities located at the West Harbor processing plant in Port Said.

 

Our operations personnel were approached during a site validation visit and asked  whether the company were able to provide assistance for commissioning of the plant and in operator training.

 

In response, we provided senior operations personnel to assist in pipeline dewatering and onshore plant commissioning, and to undertake on-the-job training of nominated site personnel during plant start-up.

 

Systems Operations Manuals developed included:

• Taurt subsea wells and pipelines
• Fluid reception and separation
• Produced water treatment and disposal
• Chemical injection

 

Subsequent work scopes included the development of an Integrity Management Scheme for the onshore processing facilities.
