CDS scope included the full fabrication and construction through to mechanical completion of the Easington Terminal works and offshore hook-up of the York unmanned platform including by system:

- Assessment and re-use of decommissioned slug catcher

- Dehydration – New silica gel adsorption beds + regeneration facilities
- Plot space – Utilize space currently occupied by redundant equipment

- Sales gas filters
- Sales gas metering runs and connection into NTS

Liquids Handling
- New condensate stabilization, off-gas compression systems, existing condensate tanks

Tie-in and integration to existing methanol tanks, recovery and delivery systems for conveyance to platform
- Tie-in and integration to existing corrosion inhibitor tanks and delivery systems
- Tie-in and integration to existing waste water treatment and waste water outfall

Utility/Safety Systems

Tie-in and integration into the following existing system infrastructure:
- Vent and blow-down systems
- Firewater
- Instrument air

- Crane, Pig launcher, Helideck, TEMPSC
- Space for future tie-backs
